supportive staff helpful staff available assistance missing email outdated hotel carpet replacement

The staff were very supportive and helpful. It was a positive aspect. Jackie and Kelley were available to assist at all times. Their presence was great. Any assistance that I needed was provided, which I appreciated.

It was quite inconvenient. The hotel looks outdated. The carpets need replacement, which should happen soon.

Mixed Feelings About My Stay

cramped room dirty bathroom

The staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful during check-in.

Upon arrival, I discovered that the room differed significantly from what I had booked. I booked a twin room but the space was cramped. Getting around the room was hard. The bathroom was not clean, disappointing.

close location beach proximity maintenance issues no hot water

i was informed to go to carlton hotel. work was happening at the original location i think. this worked out fine for me. it was near the pier and beach so this was great.

the hotel looked to have maintenance issues. i was offered different room options. there was a double room without hot water i remember. that was not an ideal situtation.

The location was good, awesome for easy access to nearby attractions.

The bedroom was tiny. The bed was uncomfortable. The bathroom was very small, and a side of the bath was broken. The room was constantly hot.

poor communication unnecessary confusion

i was disappointed that upon arrival, i discovered the hotel was closed for maintenance. this lack of communication created unnecessary confusion , and added stress to my travel plans. finding out upon arrival was inconvenient and frustrating , especially after a long journey.

great support helpful staff wonderful assistance super staff

jackie and kelley were very supportive. the staff offered great help and support at all times. i appreciated their wonderful assistance with anything i needed! the staff were super.

the tv remote wasn't exactly the one for the tv!
